These are the terms of using Warmfront, written the way we write everything: plainly.

The service

Warmfront is a daily ritual app: a short edition of true good news each morning, and a night side with narrated stories, sounds, and gentle sleep sensing. Stories summarize and link to their original publishers; we write our own words and always attribute the source. News is provided for reading, not as professional, medical, or financial advice.

Membership

Warmfront may offer an optional auto-renewing membership, monthly or yearly, billed through your Apple Account at the price shown in the app before you subscribe. Membership renews on its own until you cancel, which you can do any time in your device Settings under Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds follow Apple’s policies.

Your account

Sign in with Apple is optional. You are responsible for the device and account you use with Warmfront. You can delete your account and reading history at any time inside the app (Settings, Account), and our privacy policy describes exactly what we keep and what we never do.

Fair use

Do not scrape, resell, or republish the app’s content or audio, and do not use the service in ways that break the law or burden the systems that serve everyone else’s mornings.

The honest limits

Warmfront is provided as is, without warranties. Sleep sensing and the wake window are comfort features, not medical devices; do not rely on them where missing an alarm would cause harm, and keep a backup alarm for anything critical. To the extent the law allows, OB DATA LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows; meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use Warmfront after a change means you accept it.
